Lighthouse was established in 2004 by a group of investment bankers and lawyers. All of them have longstanding experience in Corporate Finance and Private Equity. Our goal is to support young as well as established Mittelstands-companies and their shareholders in finding solutions for strategic financial challenges arising in the context of divestitures and acquisitions, initial public offerings, going private transactions or their financing rounds.

In doing so, the broad experience of the partners in various related areas such as (corporate) finance, law or taxes and their network allows an integrated, cost efficient approach to the problems of our clients in combination with the creativity necessary in optimizing solutions.

All equity in Lighthouse is held by its partners. This provides for complete independence, avoidance of conflicts of interests as well as highest personal commitment to serve the longterm interests of our clients.
